Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an eBook has been purchased and delivered via download, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

  • Once the eBook is successfully delivered (downloaded or accessed), we consider the product consumed and non-refundable.

  • We do not issue refunds for:

    • Buyerโ€™s remorse

    • Compatibility issues (please ensure your device can open PDF/ePub/MOBI formats)

    • Accidental purchases

A refund may only be granted under the following exceptional cases:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase

  • You did not receive the eBook due to a technical error on our side (and weโ€™re unable to resend it)
